About Lockwood Storage Solutions

Built the hard way. Built to last.

Lockwood Storage Solutions didn’t start with investors, shortcuts or fancy titles.

It started with a man and a woman, (Gary & Crystal Lockwood) who worked extremely hard, kept their word, and showed up day after day to build something honest with their own hands.

They believed in doing business the right way:

  • Say what your going to do

  • Do the work yourself

  • Treat people fairly

  • Don’t quit when it gets hard

That foundation is still what this company stands on today.

The first foundation:

Before there were trucks, trailers, or containers in the yard, there was work ethic. Long days, heavy lifting, figuring thing out as they went, no excuses, no entitlement, just effort. That mindset built the first foundation of this business, and it’s one we refuse to let go of as we grow.

Building a legacy, not just a business:

Today, Lockwood Storage Solutions is in a new season. We’re still blue collar. We’re still hands on. But now we’re focused on building something that lasts, not just for today, but for the next generation. That means:

  • Growing with intention

  • Developing people, not just equipment

  • Doing things the right way, even when it’s harder

  • Leaving something better than we found it

This isn’t about chasing growth for growth’s sake. It’s about building a legacy worth handing down.

Our Vision, Mission, & Values (VMV):

Our Vision | To build a strong, sustainable business that honors God, serves people well, and creates long-term opportunity for our family, our team, and our community. We aim to be trusted, dependable, and prepared, a business where people are confident calling when they need solutions, not excuses.

Our Mission | Serve our team and our customers with “more cans and less cants”. We exist to:

  • Solve problems

  • Provide dependable storage solutions

  • Show up, follow through, and do the job right the first time

  • No shortcuts. No excuses. Just honest work.

Our Values | These values guide our decisions, our leadership, and how we do business — especially when it costs us something.

1. Our Word | We say what we mean, and we do what we say.

    •    Our yes is yes and our no is no

    •    We communicate honestly and clearly

    •    We follow through, even when it’s inconvenient

Scripture: | “Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No.’” — Matthew 5:37 (ESV)

2. Our People | We take care of our own and serve our neighbors.

    •    Family, team, and customers are treated with respect

    •    We help when it’s the right thing to do

    •    We lead with humility and service

Scripture: | “Love your neighbor as yourself.” — Mark 12:31 (ESV)

3. Our Work | We work hard, do it right, and take pride in what we build.

    •    Excellence in execution, not just effort

    •    Safety, preparation, and professionalism matter

    •    Our work reflects who we serve

Scripture: | “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23 (ESV)

4. Our Profit | We steward wisely what God has entrusted to us.

    •    Profit fuels stability, growth, and opportunity

    •    We plan for the long term, not just the next deal

    •    We manage resources responsibly and faithfully

Scripture: | “It is required of stewards that they be found faithful.” — 1 Corinthians 4:2 (ESV)

Our Foundation | Everything we do flows from this command: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength… and love your neighbor as yourself.” — Mark 12:30–31 (ESV)

This is how we lead, how we serve, and how we grow.

Why we do what we do:

We believe in the American Dream, that honest work, done consistently, can still build a good life.

We believe:

  • A handshake still means something

  • Your word matters

  • Blue collar work deserves respect

  • Business should serve people, not the other way around

That’s why we exist. That why we show up.

And that’s why we’re committed to serving our team and our customers with more cans and less cants.
